Privacy

Your form submissions stay on your Mac.

PDF processing

FieldBatch reads only the PDF files or folders you select. The current native build hashes sources, detects supported AcroForm structure, extracts existing widget values and builds mappings locally. It does not upload documents, require an account, perform OCR or modify source PDFs.

Unsupported files

XFA, password-protected, unreadable and non-AcroForm PDFs are recorded as failed-form results. FieldBatch does not send these files elsewhere or silently flatten unsupported form structures.

Local mapping preferences

Source-field names, output-column names and normalization choices are saved in macOS preferences so mappings can be reused. Extracted submission values and marketing-demo records are not stored there.

Portable exports

When you export, FieldBatch creates a new folder containing CSV, JSON, Markdown review evidence, a receipt and checksums. Those files include source filenames and SHA-256 values but intentionally omit absolute source paths.

Website and checkout

This website may produce ordinary server access logs. Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record under its own privacy terms. Shipmac receives the purchase details needed to deliver and support the app; payment-card details are not handled by the app.

Diagnostics

No analytics SDK or automatic crash-reporting service is enabled in the current app build. A sample form you voluntarily send to Shipmac will only be used to investigate the issue you reported.

Website analytics

This website loads Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. When enabled, Shipmac measures page visits, the product hostname and checkout starts; it does not send files or content processed by the Mac app. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics choices.
