Local AcroForm extraction for macOS
Extract the fields.
Keep the exceptions.
Turn batches of standard fillable PDFs into a mapped local table while keeping XFA, encrypted files, missing values, duplicates and conflicts visible for review.
Inside the actual app
A mapping desk built around the exceptions.
The native workspace keeps hashed source forms on the left, reusable output columns and a real row preview in the center, and form-version, failed-input and value-review evidence on the right.
Built for the real handoff
One focused app.
Four jobs done.
Registration batches
Combine repeated fillable registrations while keeping blank and conflicting answers visible.
Client intake
Map older and newer form field names into one reviewed handoff without uploading client PDFs.
Operations forms
Turn structured submissions into CSV and JSON with a portable failed-form record.
Archive migrations
Inventory multiple form versions before moving structured values into another system.

Add PDFs or a folder
FieldBatch discovers PDFs locally, hashes every readable source and separates AcroForm, XFA, encrypted, unreadable and non-form inputs before making rows.
Map fields into columns
Group compatible form versions, give aliases the same output name and choose only bounded normalization rules. Missing, duplicate, conflicting and unparseable values remain review items.
Export a portable receipt
Revalidate every source and atomically publish a new folder containing CSV, JSON, Markdown review evidence, a deterministic receipt and checksums.
Focused by design
Useful depth.
No account clutter.
AcroForm inventory
Read existing text, button, choice and signature widget structures with field names, types and page occurrences.
Form-version grouping
Fingerprint compatible field contracts so a mixed batch does not pretend every PDF has the same schema.
Reusable local mapping
Remember source-field mappings on the Mac and combine renamed aliases into one deliberate output column.
Bounded normalization
Trim, change case and parse explicit boolean, numeric or date values while reporting every failed parse.
Portable extraction evidence
Write source names and SHA-256 values without leaking absolute workstation paths or overwriting an earlier package.

FieldBatch FAQ
What does FieldBatch extract?+
FieldBatch reads values already stored in standard AcroForm widget fields. It inventories field names and types, groups compatible form versions and maps those existing values into columns.
Does FieldBatch use OCR or AI?+
No. It does not read text from page appearance, run OCR or infer missing answers. A PDF without readable AcroForm fields becomes a visible failed-form record.
What happens to XFA forms?+
XFA is detected before rows are built and recorded as unsupported. FieldBatch never silently flattens XFA or creates a partial successful row from an unsupported structure.
Can it normalize values?+
Yes, within explicit rules you choose: whitespace, case, boolean, integer, decimal and common US or ISO dates. A value that cannot satisfy the chosen rule stays blank with an unparseable review issue.
Are my PDFs changed or uploaded?+
No. The current native build reads selected files locally, records SHA-256 values and revalidates every source before export. It does not modify or upload the PDFs.
What does the export include?+
Each new package contains CSV and JSON data, a Markdown failed-form and value-review report, a deterministic extraction receipt and a SHA-256 manifest. Portable files omit absolute source paths.
How much will FieldBatch cost?+
The planned launch price is US$29 as a one-time purchase for one Mac. Checkout remains disabled until Developer ID signing, Apple notarization and a representative AcroForm/XFA corpus have been validated.
